Prepare files for upload to the MaizeGDB Genome Browser

Enter one or more sequences in FASTA format. After entering the sequence(s) and providing your name and e-mail address, click "Submit". Once your sequences are submitted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to monitor the status of your job. Once all your sequences have been BLASTed, you will receive another e-mail with a link to a region in the MaizeGDB Genome Browser, where your aligned sequences will appear as a separate track. You will be able to change the view on the genome browser and visualize other genomic regions as well. If you are satisfied with the way the track appears, you may submit your data for consideration for permanent upload into the MaizeGDB Genome Browser.

Maximum Upload Size (per file): 20M
